Sarah Marshall


Sarah is a lecturer in counselling, an experienced performer, teacher and examiner who employs psychology and counselling skills to help clients manage anxiety and bring their best selves to their performances.

Drawing on evidence-based strategies from performance psychology and peak performance practice, she works with teens and adults to:

  • manage anxiety
  • develop strong and resilient presentation/performance skills
  • grow or regain performance confidence

Past clients have worked with Sarah to manage anxiety, develop their performance persona and overcome onstage trauma.

They include secondary and tertiary students, CEOs, musicians, opera singers, corporate negotiators, real estate entrepreneurs, music theatre performers, conductors and actors.

Additionally, Sarah runs pscyho-education workshops for students and teachers with clients including Sydney Conservatorium, Griffith University, Kambala, Abbotsleigh, Sydney Grammar School, SCEGGS, Ravenswood and New England Conservatorium. She has also developed a NESA & TQI accredited professional learning course Managing Performance Anxiety for Student Wellbeing which can be accessed at here.
