Sarah Marshall

Our founder, Sarah Marshall is an experienced performer and music educator who uses her tertiary training in psychology and counselling to assist others to manage performance anxiety and attain peak performance whatever the circumstances.

Drawing together evidence-based strategies from performance psychology and peak performance practice of elite athletes and performers she assists individuals to manage anxiety, develop presentation skills and grow in confidence. Teaching them skills that are sufficiently robust to be maintained under stressful circumstances.

She works to develop peak performance practice with individuals of any age and vocation having worked successfully with a range of individuals including secondary and tertiary students, CEOs, musicians, corporate negotiators, real estate entrepreneurs, music theatre performers, conductors and actors.

For larger groups, Sarah runs workshops for both students and teachers with clients including Sydney Conservatoriam of Music, Griffith University, Kambala, Abbotsleigh, Sydney Grammar School, Pymble Ladies College, Ravenswood and New England Conservatorium.

Individual Counselling for corporate presenters and performing artists as well as Face to Face workshops for performing artists and educators to facilitate reducing performance anxiety and achieving mastery over mind and body when presenting in front of others.

Online industry specific professional development for performing artists and educators. Crossing music, drama and dance all courses are written by individuals with dual grounding of industry experience and evidence-based strategies.

Peak Presentations: Master Anxiety and Deliver with Confidence is available as an intensive online professional development masterclass through On the Run Learning.

This masterclass has been developed in collaboration with On the Run Learning to specifically assist corporate presenters all those in professional occupations to deliver powerful presentations and master the art of performing in front of an audience.

In addition to the online masterclass, half-day face-to-face corporate programs to assist employees to develop strong presentation skills are also offered and booking can be made by contacting On the Run Learning.
